Orders
Coffee is roasted to order on Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed before noon the day before a roast day go in that roast. We confirm every order by email before taking payment.
Delivery
We post by Royal Mail Tracked 48 within the UK. Subscriptions ship free. One-off orders ship free over £30.00; below that, delivery costs £3.95.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are charged on each roast day, 15% below the one-off price. There is no minimum term. You can skip, change or cancel any delivery up to noon the day before it is roasted.
Taste guarantee and returns
Coffee is a perishable food, so opened bags cannot be returned. If you don’t like a coffee, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a different one free on the next roast day. Damaged or lost parcels are replaced at our cost.
Wholesale
Wholesale supply is on 30-day invoice terms after the first order, with prices held for twelve months from the date of your first delivery.
